What is SnowNet? SnowNet is research project focusing on determining the best way to measure winter precipitation in the Arctic. Because of low temperatures, high winds, and rigorous conditions, measuring winter precipitation has proven difficult. At SnowNet, we are employing multiple methods, and we will use the results to identify the best mix of methods.
